Welcome to Eagle Bowmen Archery Club

We are a friendly bunch and have members of all ages that practice target archery, clout and flight, with recurve, barebow, longbow and compound.

Our club members have a wide range of abilities from beginners up to archers who shoot for the County. We welcome new members and have a variety of equipment to accommodate the beginner.

There are plenty of opportunities to enter competitions or just shoot on club nights – the choice is yours.

Club nights are Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday evening.
Outdoors Summer – 6:30pm to 8:30pm – Hunter Hall School, Penrith, Cumbria. CA11 8UA
Indoors Winter – 7pm to 9pm (Monday), 6:30pm – 8:30pm (Wednesday & Thursday) – Eamont Bridge Village Hall, Eamont Bridge, Near Penrith, Cumbria. CA10 2BH

Eagles Update

From Monday 23rd February Club Nights on a Wednesday and Thursday will run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Monday nights will continue to run from 7pm to 9pm (indoors only)

How do I join?

Beginners looking to take up the sport will need to attend our introductory beginner course, before becoming a fully fledged Eagle. Experienced archers should enquire at our contact page.
